As the journey unfolds, Grand City’s transformation will be palpable. By 2030, Phase 1’s completion will herald a new era, welcoming its first residents and workers by 2032. With aspirations reaching far and wide, our population is projected to soar to over 100,000 in the medium term and a staggering 500,000 in the long run.
